Fajita night!

My boyfriend suggested fajitas for dinner tonight. Yum!
Whole wheat tortillas, grocery store salsa, grated vegan cheese (FYH), homemade tofu sour cream, and the filling: TVP chunks, zucchini, mushrooms, paprika, other spices.
