Fresh Market Veggies and White Bean-Eggpant Dip

I threw together the dip, I can't really remember what was in it.. but I think it was:
white kidney beans
pan-fried eggplant and zucchini
fresh minced garlic
some tahini
some italian seasoning

It wasn't amazing, but it was good with the veggies.
