The burgers are a great recipe from
V Cuisine by Angeline Linardis. This is a Canadian book, so that's probably why I hadn't heard of it. It's a great book! The Lightened-Up Moussaka is possibly one of my favourite meals ever, and we're already made Bold Broiled Eggplant twice since xmas (when I got the book). The gravy is my favourite creamy miso gravy recipe.

Is that cheese or gravy? It looks so good!
It's a nutritional yeast + tamari + miso sauce so it's kinda half cheese half gravy sauce.

Burgers and Fries - one of my favs.
I have been vegan for 2 years and I know sometimes I would kill for a rich creamy junk burger :-) that is probably why my will broke along the way :-( now after two years of crap diet, I am re-living my vegan journey again with my 21-day vegan challenge, as from what I was told, it takes three weeks to change one´s habits....
I ll be back for more inspiration :-)
Hi, I'm the author of V Cuisine, Angeline, and I want to thank you for the kind review. Wow, the picture is great--looks amazingly delicious. I hadn't thought to put the miso gravy on the spinach burgers, so I'll try it soon! You've taught me something. I love seeing what people do with my recipes and how they add their own creativity. I just discovered this site and will check in again soon. I've written several new books, hopefully to be published soon. Take care all, and happy adventures in healthy eating!
Angeline.
