Beans Bourguignon + Spinach and Mushroom Pasta


This one doesn't look that impressive, but it was really delicious. It is Beans Bouguinon from Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker.


A quich lunch: fried sliced mushrooms and wilted baby spinach on pasta with some leftover nacho sauce.

Oh, my! Your pasta looks delicious! Stir-fried mushrooms rock. And I need to eat beans more often.

It looks great to me; I have that book too (Straight from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker), so I should try this!
