Oyster Mushroom and Yves Pepperoni pizza



I made another batch of no-knead bread to use as a crust of this pizza. It's the Peasant bread recipe from Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day. I topped this pizza with tomato sauce, FYH vegan cheese, ton of oyster mushrooms and some Yves pepperoni. I hate that it isn't organic soy but damn are those little pepperonis good!

Jennifer- Follow Your Heart cheese is at Herb and Spice on Bank and Centertown organics. It's the block in the clear plastic packaging. It's fabulous. The Monterey Jack flavour is the best.

This pizza looks so good. We made a roasted red pepper oyster mushroom pizza with fresh basil a few weeks ago. Such goodness.

This is seriously my bf's dream pizza! Mushrooms and pepperoni are two of his favorite toppings...

In fact, I just bought some Yves Pepperoni yesterday - now I know what I'm making him for dinner tonight :)
