Pesto Tomato Pizza

Pizza again. Pizza is such a perfect food! Maybe I should write a vegan pizza cookbook. Hmm.
This one is herbed white flour crust, with a homemade pesto of basil, garlic, vegan parmesan, pistachio nuts and olive oil. That's topped with fresh tomato. That's it!

OMG that pizza looks absolutely luscious! Where do you find such fab tomatoes in the winter?

This pizza is just gorgeous! I like how you use sliced fresh tomatoes as a topping instead of a tomato sauce. The herbed crust looks great too.

Looks delicious! We have been missing pizza ever since my gluten and milk allergy was discovered. We will have to try this with a gluten fri crust.
