Whole Wheat Vegan Cheesy Pigs!

My version of Vegan Lunchbox's version of goldfish crackers. I was out of white flour, and most other flours because of xmas baking, so these are a mixture of spelt, whole wheat and oatmeal flour. Oh, and I added some smoked paprika! They are delish but a little too much work to make very often. It's a big recipe and I got a bit bored of cutting out pigs and minipigs.

Cheesy pigs! Ahhh, cute idea! Oh, and that's a Jennifer McCann recipe, not Dreena. But still yum either way, I'm sure.

Whoops, I have no idea why I thought that was Dreena!

Those cheesy pigs look great - I've never thought to make my own crackers. The solstice dinner spread is fantastic too!

Hi! to answer your question, I've only been vegan for almost 2 months. I started trying to lose weight about 5 months ago and found veganism during this time. I did not become vegan to try to lose more weight, it was a lifestyle I chose to be at peace with nature. It's been helpful in the weight loss, but I definately wouldn't give it credit for my success. I still have my vices though. Like pretzels and oreos... And baked goods... Thank God I'm no longer dieting!

Love the minipigs. Always a shame when something so gorgeous is time consuming.

Lovely little beasts nonetheless!

These are completely adorable!

They'd probably be fun to make with my little brother - especially since they're so much work :)

Great idea...
