hooray for pierogies! they're one of my absolute favorites! yours look soooo super delicious! we usually fill ours with potatoes & onions - but that's a great idea to use leeks! i love the addition of cheeze, too - totally using your cheezy idea for next time! mmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
I'm not sure how I found you, but wow these look great! Last time I made perogies, they didn't hold together very well- how did you get them to stay "stuck" together?

The trick to getting them to close is to put a of water on the edges with your finger before closing them.
