Fried Seitan and Roasted Asparagus

This is just homemade seitan breaded with whole wheat flour, salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning and fried in olive oil. So damn good. Also, I've been eating roasted (local) asparagus pretty much every night for the last too weeks. It will be gone soon!

Yummy! I think everyone's been feasting on asparagus as much as possible lately.
