Sorry for the lack of posts lately! School got in the way.
Here is a picture from an Indonesian-themed potluck that I had. There is tofu satay with peanut sauce from Vegan Express, veggie fried rice, sour+spicy cucumber salad, and a sweet potato/tofu/etc/ noodle dish. Yum yum!

The tofu skewers look delicious, but that dish in the middle really has my interest.
Those tofu skewers look great! Eating stuff on skewers is just so much fun. (And stuff slathered in peanut sauce is also always welcome.)
