Homemade veggie burger from the ReFresh cookbook (Fresh is a great veg restaurant in Toronto) and steamed Ontario asparagus with a touch of sesame oil and sesame seeds.

Is that cookbook worth buying? I keep seeing it at Chapters but never now whether I should get it.
We've been eating a lot of asparagus lately too. Also, that Indonesian food looked amazing! What did you do for F,G,H? I really wanted to cleanse a bit after cheap European food so I've been trying to eat lots of salads, lots of tomatoes, olive oil, artichokes, capers... oh and I like olives now! But the cow candy and free chocolate cake is getting in the way.

Those asparagus stalks look huge! And yummy.

I went to Fresh when I was in Toronto & didn't know they had a cookbook out. Thanks!
