Peanut-Sesame Hummus Tortillas with Carrot Salad

A simple dinner, but one of my favourites. Peanut-Sesame Hummus from Eat, Drink and Be Vegan (which is to-die-for) in a tortilla, warmed until hot in the toaster oven. Yum!
The salad is grated carrot, raisins, fresh lemon juice and rice vinegar.

Yum! Hummus on a tortilla is one of my favorites. And your carrot salad sounds super simple and delicious. Nothing better than a simple meal. =)

That looks amazing! I have not tried that hummus yet, but it sounds heavenly! I LOVE "ED&BV."

Sigh, I love your dinners. And darn it! I was going to say "simple and delicious," but looks like everyone else beat me to it! I'm so tired by dinnertime during the week, so this would also work for an easy dinner. I'm really curious to see how chickpeas and peanut butter taste together!

Hi,
I'm happy to discover your vegan blog. I've just received this cookbook but haven't tested any recipe yet. I've noticed how long is the hummus file...
