Pesto Scrambled Tofu with Cherry Tomatoes

I am the new proud owner of Vegan Brunch by Isa Chandra Moskowitz, and this is the first recipe I've made from it. It's as delicious as you would assume. Which is very delicious.

Yeah, that recipe is delish! But at the same time, I couldn't believe how much pesto it contained! It was kinda insane.

Hi there! I’m just starting to explore veganism these days and just seeing all these clean recipes are already making me feel healthier. You really do stay true to the name of your blog and I truly appreciate that. Everything I see on here is so delicious looking to me, although I’m not yet a veg!!

P.s. I'm hosting a ZenSoy pudding and soy milk giveaway, so hope you stop by if you're interested! :) Happy hump day!!
