Herbed Tofu Baguette Sandwich

A yummy lunch after grocery shopping. Organic baguette with baby spinach, bulgarian roasted red pepper spread, and tofu marinated and fried in olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, italian spices and dijon mustard.

Also, this recipe isn't pretty enough to take a picture of , but it's a favourite of mine (without the cheese, of course): http://www.foodtv.ca/recipes/recipedetails.aspx?dishid=9108

This looks amazing and so yummy. However, I cannot cook tofu to save my life. I wish I could finally learn to. The only reason I haven't starved to death is because of my rice cooker and quinoa lol.
