Sorry for the lack of posts lately! School got in the way. Here is a picture from an Indonesian-themed potluck that I had. There is tofu satay with peanut sauce from Vegan Express, veggie fried rice, sour+spicy cucumber salad, and a sweet potato/tofu/etc/ noodle dish. Yum yum!
