Cornmeal Pancakes



These pancakes are my version of the Oat-Corn Pancakes in Vegetarian Planet.
1 cup oat flour (grind oats in coffee grinder)
1 cup cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 cups soymilk with 1 tbs white vinegar added to make "buttermilk"
